my opinion on the Tsip Tao thing
Was on facebook tapos nakita ko may parang join the group thing(dont know what to call those things) looking for 1000000 members to ask Tsip Tao to apologize. Since we Filipinos are Super sensitive sa ganito (like kina claire danes at yung sa desperate housewives ba yon(?)) , I think we shouldnt ask for an apology for people like him, kasi sino ba sya para hingan pa natin ng apology, tapos me naririnig pa akong magrarally? My opinion on this eh, instead of asking for an apology, just give em pain, pag pinoy ka nakita mo sya sa street sa hongkong, bangga banggain mo. Instead of magrally sa kung saan saan na park sa hongkong, dapat magpunta sa headquarters nung magazine at sa bahay non gawin kagaya ng ginawa sa boracay mansion, binato ng itloy , isda, at pero this time wag nyo na iplastic . Ganun. Sayang pa panahon sa apologies.

Lotto at Boto
On my way to manila from makati, I passed by around 4 lotto outlets. I knew there was an outlet because everyone of them had around 30 people or more queueing to get a ticket. Todays jackpot was P200M. Everyone was holding a ticket, glancing at it again and again, checking it once, checking it twice, praying on the ticket, puting all hopes in the piece of paper in the palm of there hands.

observation lang - why pinoys are good abroad
One of our client from the US visited one of our teams (Im in I.T. by the way) trying to see what services we offer and how he can sell it in the US. We had one of the senior engineer assist me in answering the queries, actually that person is to answer all the persons and I was just to help facilitate it like a GRO, tagaabot ng kape. Anyway I think the Senior engineer did a splendid job but what suprised me was that a few weeks ago, this same guy did a mock presentation of the same stuff and he didnt do so well. Baka nagpractice ? baka less pressure since he was in his work place as opposed to the mock interview where he presented in a conference room? IT got me thinking... how about this theory.. di kaya connected ang pagiging foreigner ng pinepresentan nya ? We always are very friendly and hospitable to guests pero more so to foreigners for some reason. Baka sa ayaw natin mapahiya sa other races, we go the extra mile. So mga tao sa abroad mas productive, mas masipag and mas mababait. Or instead of "ayaw mapahiya" it also helps that foreigners specially those in 1st world countries are intolerable to some of our 3rd world attitude so we are forced to comply and dahil di tayo lulusot , ambabaet at ang sisipag ng mga pinoy sa abroad. Sa abroad kasi wala rin yung ibang usual suspects stuff that help more or less cultivate some of our negative culture, walang tricycle, walang katulong, wala rin ang parents mo na kahit 40 ka na eh nakikitira ka pa rin at hihingan mo ng pera, walang masisising government na "eh bakit ako susunod eh sila nga hindi" , wala or mas konti yung mga taong pwede mo na lang daan sa pakiusap,..oops nagiging rantings tong blog na to..parang tumalon ako ng topic. Siguro for us here in the country who mingle with foreigners we always want to show how good we are, tapos for those outside the country we dont have a choice so we cant show how bad we are. I'm not generalizing pero para umiksi lang ang blog eh ganito namuna.
